We believe that for a market to thrive, there must be a healthy exchange between supply and demand. Without demand, food products and traditions are at risk of disappearing. In today's food industry, only a limited number of endemic species are used, which jeopardizes the diversity and sustainability of native varieties.

That is why at Tastelink our vision is to research, develop, and promote underutilized crops, ensuring their survival and continued relevance. In collaboration with Productos Alexander, a traditional brand that produces artisanal snacks such as potatoes, peanuts, beans, and sweet potatoes, we transform native ingredients into premium culinary experiences. Together, our goal is to shape the future of food through innovation, cultural preservation, and sustainable exploration.
