Productos Alexander was founded in 1978 by Rosa Sotomayor Martínez and Fernando Torres Delgado. Since then, the company has been dedicated to producing a variety of snacks such as potato chips, salted peanuts, sweet peanuts, salted fava beans, sweet fava beans, and salted plantain chips. Over time, it has become a benchmark in the Ecuadorian snack market thanks to its commitment to product quality and its portfolio of classic snacks that reflect the Ecuadorian palate.
